Recent assaults on the campus of a Pennsylvania university have raised concerns about its level of security. The Express-Times reported that 19-year-old Shahaid Smith, a student at Kuztown University, was arrested for allegedly robbing a residence hall. Smith and two other unidentified men reportedly entered a dorm room brandishing handguns and threatened the residents.
